Polenta and cheese gnocchi
What will you need?
Ingredients
– 500 g ripe tomatoes
– 500 g Verizzia instant polenta
– 100 g grated parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 egg yolks
– 1 tablespoon of heavy cream
– 1 vegetable stock cube
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– White pepper
– Nutmeg
– Salt
– Oregano
– 500 g Verizzia instant polenta

Step by step
1-Prepare the polenta:
Mix polenta with water, egg yolks, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook for 5 minutes at 194 °F. Add the parmesan and mix. Chill in the refrigerator.
2-Make the sauce:
Chop the tomatoes and add the oil, sugar, salt and oregano. Let it cook for 20 minutes. Add the heavy cream and let it cook for another 4 minutes. Mash the sauce.
3-Form and serve:
Form small balls with the polenta mix, cover everything with the sauce you just made and gratinate or heat it.
All done! Now you can enjoy a warm and delicious polenta dish.
