Caprese Pasta Salad
What will you need?
Ingredients
– 350 g of Verizzia fusilli 
– 300 g mozzarella cheese
– 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
– 1 ripe tomato
– A pinch of pepper
– Fresh basil
1-Cook the pasta:
Boil the fusilli in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2-Prepare the ingredients:
While the pasta is cooking, peel and dice the ripe tomato into cubes. Then, dice the mozzarella and drain it well to remove any excess water. Finely chop the fresh basil.

3-Mix the ingredients together:
In a large bowl, combine the diced tomato, fresh chopped basil and  mozzarella. Add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix everything together.

4-Stir in the pasta:
Add the drained pasta to the bowl and mix well with the other ingredients and the dressing.

That’s all! Now enjoy a fresh and delicious salad.

Add the final touches: Season with a pinch of pepper and serve immediately.
